Will these plants survive if I get zero sun in front of my house? I want a flower garden in front of my house but bc of where my house sits in comparison to the sun and bc I have two big trees in my front yard, my front porch gets pretty much no sunlight all day.

Columbine are NOT deer resistant! I've had many flower stems topped. As well as Iceland Poppies and Oriental Poppies, which apparently are not poisonous, as the myth goes!

In some places where I have lived, some of these plants have been horribly invasive, or in some cases, only some varieties are problematic. I don't know which to avoid where I am now (8b, Pacific Coast, Canada) but would appreciate caveats for the plants that have varieties known to be invasive generally in N.America.
